great product and considering the airlines do not take care of luggage its great.

Love everything about this suitcase minus the way it rolls. Wheels should spin and they don’t, you have to pull it which makes it heavy. Doesn’t roll upright, falls over. I’ve tried everything to make this easier to maneuver and it just doesn’t-

bought for disneyworld 2017 in april, My husband loved it. big enough for my things on one side & his in the other. Now we just have to worry about one luggage at the airport instead of two.

Bought it in Jan 2020. Used it the first time for round trip it was fine. My daughter used it to go home with as her luggage when she came to visit was to small so she used mine. Handle on top broke. When I came to visit her I used her luggage to visit her and return her luggage and was coming home with mine and the second handle broke. So now all I have is the handle that expands so u can wheel it. I hope it holds up. 10 year warranty. Will find out how to go about this and see what the story is. Would rather have my money back or a better luggage. Something where the handles have for my lack of terminology, metal rivets that move instead of this plastic.

This suitcase did not make the stairs at my house. I packed 12 pounds of stuff for a short trip, when I got to the edge of the stairs to go downstairs, I grabbed it by the top handle and the handle broke, the suitcase fell on my feet and I was left with the handle on my hand. I grabbed the side handle, and exactly the same happened. Didnt make it to its very first trip. I couldnt enjoy the product one single time before it broke. Luckily, I borrowed my husbands Samsonite and I headed to the airport.
