Disney Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Mickey Mouse Multi-Face, 21-Inch

This was a gift for a 10 year old. She loved it. Not babyish at all. She can go through her teen years with it. It rolls very easily and it fit lots of clothing and toys. It was carry on size and she had no problems stowing it on the aircraft.

The description states 24inch, a 21 inch was delivered. After online chat and phone call Amazon could not provide what was advertised. All the support I got was apologies for my frustration. Disappointed and disgusted!!

I purchased the 21 Minnie Mouse Denim luggage. Its darling and I love the style. However, I assumed since it was carry-on size, that it would be as big as a standard carry-on. Unfortunately, its much smaller. To me, its more like a childs overnight bag that would be used to take to Grandmas house. Sadly, Im returning it. I wanted it for an upcoming Disneyland trip where I can only take a carry-on on the plane (no checked bags), so I need to have the maximum amount of space that I can get in a carry-on. This bag would fit half of what I can get in my standard carry-on.

Nice and big but zipper broke after 1 trip!
