DJ Bag (Shoulder Bag, Adjustable Strap, Water Resistant, Vinyl Records, Zippered Compartment, 1000D)

The only reason this does not receive five stars is due to the lack of an internal zippered pouch for a writing instrument/phone/gum/etc. There IS a zippered section that is almost the full size of the bag, but it is external underneath the flap. A small pouch inside would have made this bag 100% perfect. I paid 12 dollars for this on amazonwarehouse but I would pay up to 40-50 for it. It is much larger than it seems. I can fit two college textbooks, three legal pads, and my finance calculator very comfortably. Pair this with the Manhattan Portage Large shoulder pad and you have an unbeatable setup.

Ive had one of these bags for over 10 years... yes, one of these bags has lasted me over a decade of abuse. I bought it for school as a college freshman and today Im a commuting, working adult and still use this bag as my everyday bag.

I love the design, the material, the color and the fact that this bag is what you would expect; most notably, not pretentious but you still feel lux when rockin this bag. Its the perfect size for work files, magazines, water bottle and the most basic personal items (phones, wallets, keys, gloves, etc...AND it fits perfectly in my bike basket. Sure it could have more pockets or organizing amenities but i prefer simple design.

Super functional. Perfect size. In use for work and it has served the exact purpose i had hoped for. I have a smaller one we use as a diaper bag and its perfect.

It holds books, her laptop, water bottle, accessories, even her hoodie. The strap is wide so it doesnt cut into her shoulder. I might have to buy another one for myself.

This is one of the many messenger bags offered by Manhattan Portage. I checked the description, and it says its made to carry LPs while on the move. Thats why its call DJ shoulder bag. Interesting. Its a good bag for non-DJs as well. This bag has more colour choices that all other Manhattan Portage bags.
