I absolutely love it. Its sturdy and it seems air tight. I got the medium size so I could make use of the pill capsule and Im delighted that its a little smaller than I expected. My dogs ashes seem very secure inside of the pill capsule thats inside of the urn necklace. Now, I have no fear that I will lose the ashes if it comes unscrewed for some reason. Although, it seems really tight and Im not concerned about it coming unscrewed. Even without glue. It was a breeze getting the ashes in with the accessories they provided. I didnt use the chain that came with it because I need it to be longer so that I can tuck it inside my bra while Im at work. But the chain that it comes with is lovely and I will use it for something else. The engraving is beautiful and its exactly what I wanted. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived a week earlier than it was due. I will definitely purchase from the company again. Thank you so much.

We ordered the necklace to be engraved. It was not. Sturdiness was great value not great since I requested engraving.

Item was smaller then I expected. Ordered a large but it isnt that big as I thought it would be. Also never received the necklace that is stated it comes with. Only received the Keychain and item

I purchased this item for my daughter who had recently lost one of her beloved pet rats. She had taken his passing very hard and I thought it would help her grief if she had a way to keep him close without carrying an actual urn around. I was surprised at the weight of this item - its very well made. In the past we had urns come unscrewed and then the ashes disappear so now I just put a dab of superglue on the top and screw it on. She wears this 24/7 and even in the shower and its holding up superbly! Definitely a solid purchase.
