If you are not any serious gymnastics and just doing basic ring exercises for strength training, this will be great addition to arsenal. I find them much easier on my wrists than gymnast rings.

I purchased these to go on a climbing dome. I got straps to put them on and they were perfect! When the dome gets too hot to climb on, the rings are still cool. My kid loves them!

You will need mounting hardware, like 1/4 fisheye screws. Would not recommend open hooks unless you like back injuries. These are sturdy and will hold 250+ pounds.
