My husband loves the clinical style antiperspirants for their long duration and protection but hes had some issues with skin irritation in the past. This is a very skin friendly recipe that didnt cause him to get irritation at all. It also lasted all day in the blistering heat on vacation, without him having to re apply. He likes the applicator and finds that the coverage is even and that it comes out of the little holes in the applicator evenly.

The dove deodorant is great but I ordered the 72 hour not the 24 hour. It’s happened to me twice.

I have been using a womens clinical strength deodorant for years and have always had a great experience with it. When I recently ran out, I began to try out a bunch of new deodorants just to see how the new products on the market are. All worked somewhat well but still werent as strong as the clinical strength one I loved though. Then, I saw this (an that it was a clinical strength one) and figured Id give it a try even though it is a mens deodorant. The scent truly is just a clean smell with a touch of masculine musk or something. I dont mind the smell for myself though because it isnt a very powerful smell and doesnt compete with my perfume. The deodorant is easy to roll up, has a good consistency and is easy to apply. Additionally, it didnt leave white residue on my clothes. All in all, a good deodorant for men and women.

The DOVE MEN + CARE Clinical Protection Antiperspirant works really well and keeps me feeling fresh all day long. The scent is nice, refreshing and pleasant. The moisturizer is a nice feature especially if you have sensitive skin like me. I do have to say that it is a little bit pricey for a deodorant. I have been using antiperspirant deodorant that contain 20% of Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex forever, including the cheaper Dove deodorants and when it comes to sweat blocking, I did not see much difference between the cheaper Dove and this one which cost more than twice the price.

This formulation includes a high concentration of aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly, 5% less than their other products. I use it for days when I know Im going to be in extra sweaty situations. Like all Dove products, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized after using it. We also appreciate that Dove products now include the active ingredient on the front of the bottle. I didn’t mind paying more for a better product, but this deodorant was the worst I’ve ever used. It did not keep me dry and for the first time in years I smelled sweaty w a hint of BO about 12 hours after applying. I worked that day no gym or activity that causes excessive sweating. Extremely disappointed considering I use 3 different Dove for men products.
