The DOVE MEN + CARE Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Extra Fresh, 1.7 oz is small stick that twists up through a holes in the lid. The instructions say to use two clicks, but I find it takes three to get any product through the holes. The antiperspirant leaves some residue when it is applied, but it sinks in quickly. I didnt have any issues with clothing stains. This antiperspirant kept me dry in hot, humid weather and during a workout. It does perform very well and seems stronger. I wouldnt pay the extra price unless I really needed it. The fresh scent is just okay. Its very generic.

Summer is right around the corner and along with that comes the stick-to-your-back sweat that we all dread. Yuck! My husband has a very physical job so he is always extremely paranoid about getting sweaty and stinky throughout the day. This product is the best antiperspirant that he has tried, hands down, at preventing sweat and odor. Yes, its more expensive than traditional antiperspirant/deodorant but its well worth the extra few dollars. He is not a regular user of clinical strength antiperspirant. He has tried it in the past and stopped using it because it was INCREDIBLY difficult to wash off in the shower. He didnt have that problem with this one. Surprisingly, the fragrance is very mild and subtle. If you arent a fan of strong, masculine scents, you may really enjoy this one. My husband expected something a little stronger smelling so was pleasantly surprised that it really didnt have much of a distinct fragrance. The application is a bit different from what he is used to. Normally, he just opens the cap and applies, turning the dial at the bottom when the product wears down and he needs more. With this product, the antiperspirant is more liquidy than a standard stick. Not a big issue, he just has to be more mindful when applying, allowing the product to dry for a few minutes before getting dressed. It can really get on your clothing if you arent careful! Throughout the day, he said that he doesnt have ANY wetness or odor issues. He definitely wants to make this a staple, especially during the hot, summer months when he tends to sweat a lot more. No staining, no white reside left on his clothing. (when applied properly and given time to dry) EXCELLENT product!

Ive had other brands that tried to use this kind of dispenser, and Ive NEVER liked it. The semi solid liquid inside that squeezes through the holes to get spread - it never spreads nearly as evenly or smoothly as a solid stick does, often leaves marks on clothes as you pull them on. The antiperspirant itself seems to work OK, but I wont even finish this product after the second day. Tossing it out and sticking with my standard stick and spray depending on my mood and need.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it works great. One thing I didn’t like is it will put white powder on your shirt when putting that on. But over all, no issues and protects wetness on hot days as designed. Awesome so far and smell is good.

I am used to the standard deodorant - when you rotate the dial on the bottom, the entire solid bar moves up. When I first took the cap off, I thought I needed to remove the white plastic top. It is really strange - basically, the antiperspirant is more viscous that the typical bar so when you turn the dial, a liquid squeezes through the little holes. Besides this being a little foreign to me, you have to be careful when applying. If you remember to apply before you put your shirt on, you wont have a problem, but the first time I applied, it went all over my shirt and didnt make it to my body. The scent of the antiperspirant is fine and it does an good job, but you really have to get passed the new application and liquid nature of this first.

The first thing to know about this is that it is not your typical roll-on. Look at the images by other users and you can see the stick needs to be pushed up hard and then the top pushes up the highly concentrated substance. Its a weird way to do things and overcomplicates it if you ask me. You dont want to get to much otherwise it will get on your shirt. It works and smells decent but not great. Just clinical. If the new way this rolls on seems interesting to you then it will work fine, but if you want traditional roll-on this is not it.

This is amazing deodorant. Does the job perfectly. Feels very nice. Doesnt burn at all. Highly recommend this!!

Scented Too much! It’s smell is not bad but is overwhelming. It’s like wearing a Cologne!

This Dove Men + Care Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Extra Fresh , 1.7 oz has a nice, fresh scent. Its not a solid or a roll on. It comes out of little holes, is white, but it does not stain your clothes by leaving white residue. Its non-irritating, and it has 1/4 Moisturizers. On the box they suggest applying it at night, when it works better with your body. Just two twists under each underarm, and your good to go.
