Ok, so the name is silly. Oxygen is in it, sure. In the form of H2O. Theres no crazy ingredients to add air to your hair in there. BUT its a perfect conditioner for dry but fine hair. Not too heavy but still a decent moisture content.

Makes my hair silky and smells good! I have very thick hair. Not coarse but thick and when I dont use this, I have pyramid hair because it poofs up. This helps tame it.
