Its helped with my frizz some, though when the environment is as humid as it is here for me, shampoo can only do so much. However, it has definitely made my hair super soft and makes it look clean longer than other shampoos Ive used!

Honestly it smells really, really bad. I love dove and usually buy the daily moisture shampoo but I saw the oil therapy and wanted to give it a try. I wish I hadnt bought a pack of four. Idk what to do with the others. Still love dove! Just not this one.
