I love the scent

I do a lot of terrible terrible things to my hair. I change bleach it to platinum, dye it a different color nearly every 3 months and do every style imaginable. This makes my hair feel so soft and it looks amazingly healthy. I will never use another conditioner and I have spent up to $30 on one. This is the best.

Let me start out by saying that I absolutely love Dove conditioners. If I buy a drugstore conditioner its almost always going to be Dove, theirs are superior to any other brands formulation, scent, and how silky it leaves my hair. Unfortunately, these bottles that I received seem to be the exception. They must have changed the formula because this is nothing like what Ive used from Dove in the past. First, this scent is rather awful and really unlike the other Dove scents that are always very fresh, light and clean smelling. This one smells like a base of floral layered on something very spicy like mens cologne? Its a very odd scent that doesnt smell nice and really lingers in the hair into the next day. Maybe theyre trying to market this to a more masculine audience I dont know, but it still has the floral part too and so its just very odd. Next, this was far from an Intensive Repair for my hair. It felt like any normal conditioner, maybe a little less effective than normal conditioner. My hair did not feel very soft or hydrated after using this at all. After seeing all the other glowing reviews on here I wondered why my experience was so different, and researched more on the internet and found other reviews elsewhere that were more consistent with my experience too. So it really seems like they changed the formula in this, sadly not for the better. But maybe I got an old batch that they dont use anymore, hopefully that will be the case and it will work better for you. If not, I really hope Dove goes back to their other very consistent formulas that smell amazing and leave your hair feeling super soft and happy.

I really do love everything Dove. I have only ever used Dove body bars and cream body soap, but this conditioner produced excellent results. My hair was so bouncy and soft after use. It was also shiny and visibly looked moisturized. My ends where most of my problems are still felt and looked a little dry, but it was an overall improvement from before. I’m not sure if I feel the claims of strengthening and intensive repair are really effective, but perhaps with extensive use it could be true. For a budget friendly option, this will leave your hair smelling wonderful and looking soft, shiny and bouncy.

I have long hair and it has been a while since it has felt this soft. The aroma is pleasant as well.

4 pack of 20 ounce squeeze bottles of Conditioner. This one is formulated with keratin and designed to strengthen and moisturize damaged/tired hair. A small dab is all thats needed (post shampoo) for full coverage on the strands and it rinses out just as easily. The product is sweetly scented and while it doesnt overpower it is prominent and noticeable at least for the next 30 minutes after drying the hair off. Finished results are excellent with a healthy, natural looking sheen.

This is great for hair that is frizzy, thick, and full. The Keratin is a great intensive repair for solution. I use lots of heat on my hair, from hair dryer to a curling iron. Fantastic portion and quantity size with this package. You get quite a bit of conditioner that would be great for a large family.

My son and daughter-in-law live with me for part of the year to help take care of me. They and my grandchildren have their own side of the house, with their own rooms and bathroom. I put this Dove conditioner, along with the shampoo, in their bathroom for her to use on her beautiful long dark color-treated hair. Im a retired hairstylist but have always loved Dove products over some of the pricier salon brands. She says she loves the way the shampoo and conditioner smells, and that it feels really good as she washes and conditions her hair. She doesnt blow dry her hair, but it lays so much smoother and is much shinier. The conditioner has Coconut Oil and other ingredients that moisturize and also close the cuticle, making it very soft, smooth, and silky. It almost looks like a different color now because it is so much healthier. I can see a difference in her hair and so can she. She says that she absolutely loves both the conditioner and shampoo and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
