Have had my Dyson V15 for under a year and love it. However, the sealing ring came completely apart when emptying it. Unable to fix correctly no matter how many youTubes I watched. This part went on PERFECTLY, and I noticed immediately that the red ring on this new part had a much better seal around the filter upon installing. Suction is great, the vacuum works perfectly!!! I truly appreciate it, as the warranty replacement on the bin is on backorder at Dyson, and wont ship for 7-8 weeks! Thank you!

This gasket replaced the original one that broke on my Dyson. It was very easy to replace using the screwdriver that came in the box and a flathead screwdriver. After replacing, my vacuum works great!

I am a Dyson person. I will never leave the cordless stick vacuum. But after the last cleaning the seals would not stay in place when I put the bin back on. After some research I found this replacement. Taking the old one off is scary, I very much appreciate the video. And my Dyson is running like a top again. Yay

Dyson never had any parts available and always wants you to replace an ENTIRE “thing”. Ie: replace the whole dustbin, but they don’t have any dustbins to buy! This was exactly what I needed, just to replace the seal at the end of the dustbin. Saved money and had a quick fix without waiting forever on Dyson who can’t support their own product well. It even comes with the screwdriver needed. Since it was so simple, I handed it to my young teen for an easy “I fixed it” learning moment. Now she can use the “easy” vacuum again and not lug out the corded one. Perfect.

The part arrived and I had the vacuum up and running in 10 minutes. The tool they sent with the part to install the part made things that much easier.

Product arrived nicely packed even brought a small screwdriver to tighten the hardware. It worked great!
