Dyson Vacuum Motorhead (For V11)

Im very disappointed that I could not replace my XL high torque motor head. I paid for XL high torque per picture shown, however received much smaller motor head. Ive only had vacuum almost a year. Pictures to come. False advertising

Ho acquistato questa spazzola di ricambio al mio Torque Motorhead ma non solo non cè la scritta Torque Motorhead come appare in figura, ma a me sembra la stessa spazzola avuta in dotazione nellacquisto effettuato illo tempore.

Nachetez surtout pas !! Mauvaise qualité. Et le service client ne veux rien entendre !! Utilisation en 1 mois à peine et déjà cassé ... ils nont rien voulu savoir ! Ils mont dit quils ne pouvaient pas remplacé lié à de lusure ou mauvaise utilisation ( cest vrai que en 1 mois je lai maltraité au prix de la tête 120 euros à lépoque et 3 fois que je le change de celui doriginal alors jy prend bien soin ) une honte !!!! Il vient de casser de lautre côté. Je le termine et je pense changer de marque complément car tellement déçu !!!

We purchased this head to go with our Dyson after the original head piece snapped and this one barely vacuums up anything. We have a dog that our old vacuum swept up fully and this replacement head doesn’t suck up half of the amount of dog hair. Weak suction power to it, not what we had originally purchased and priced at over $100 is a joke.

Item worked great! The original broke where the wheels were so there was no way of fixing it, bought this genuine Dyson piece and it works great! If you use your Dyson a lot this is one piece if not the only piece you will use most of the time.
