> 24 hourThis bit is nice and sharp, the flutes are large, and it is designed so it can plunge (not strictly a side cutting end mill). However, the plastic case it comes in isnt labeled and while there appears to be something on the bit itself - its very faint so much so to be unreadable. The large flutes I mentioned do make it pretty easy to quickly see its an upcut bit but Im picky with regards to this sort of thing. > 24 hourDid a nice cut on medium steel. Even though it’s a two flute cutter the surface finish was very smooth. The cut was 1/4” wide. Two glued cutters generally provide faster cutting at the expense of smoothness, so I would test on any material you intend to cut. Out of the box this tool is sharp.

> 24 hourGreat bit! Cuts great! Comparable to the name brand bits that are much more expensive.

> 24 hourReally nice bit. I have used quite a few of these eanosic bits and really like them. They cut well and last for many cuts.

> 24 hourThis bit is especially good at plunge-cutting dadoes quickly and cleanly. Its an upcut bit, meaning that it pulls the chips OUT of the groove instead of pushing them down inside, where they can slow cutting action. Weve not used this bit on a router table so far, but similar upcut bits are especially useful on a table because they actually pull the work down slightly, and help keep the piece tight to the table. Cant comment on the longevity of the bit because we havent had it that long, but no reason to think it wont last for quite awhile before needing sharpening. Recommended.

> 24 hourThe EANOSIC 1/4-inch Upcut Spiral Router Bit was tested in seasoned Cherry wood. The Upcut bit produced a perfect finish on the sides and bottom of the cut. The cut was fast and smooth. I recommend the bit.

> 24 hourI have several EANOSIC bits and they have all worked well for me. I figured this bit would work just as well as the others and it didn’t let me down. It cuts smooth and clean. I don’t think you can go wrong with any EANOSIC bits. I highly recommend them.

> 24 hourIve used several different EANOSIC bits and they have all been of consistent quality. This is no exception, it works well in ash and other hardwoods both on a standard router as well as a Shaper Origin for which upcut bits work the best. The coating seems to make at least a little difference in reducing burning compared to no coating, but I might be imagining this.

> 24 hourI bought this bit instead of the Whiteside brand I usually get. I figured to give it a try as it is 1/2 the price. So far I am very happy. I did a couple carves and It worked so well I bought the compression bit. Why get the more expensive bit when this one appears to be working just as well? I love the longer 3 length. I would like to see a 3 1/2 or 4 length. Im a believer is EANOSIC.

> 24 hourI have used this several times and each time I have been happy with the performance. The cutting is clean, the bit stays sharp and does a good job ejecting wood chips up and out of the way.
