Eapele Heavy Bag Hangers Brackets for Wood Beam 360° Swivel

This bracket is very secure and holds my 40 pound bag like it was nothing. I hung this in my basement and when the kids pound on it the floor upstairs doesnt shake at all. It was easy to install and the included screws are a good sturdy size. Drill pilot holes first to avoid splitting the wood though. Great product.

Product works as advertised. I have a 150lb heavy bag mounted to the ceiling using this product. I have had no issues whatsoever with the mount.

I have a 250lb heavy bag. Very sturdy and great swivel without having to worry about it unscrewing like other heavy bag hangars

if youre going to attach a double-end bag to this hanger, please re consider..the groove on the inside bar makes it impossible to hit without annoying the hell out of your neighbors..it might be different for a heavy bag..but if youre gonna hang a double-end bag, its way too loud
