> 3 dayI bought the hCG strips last year to confirm my non-pregnancy, works great! Will use again in the future. Updated on 7/7/16 ~ I still cant believe we got pregnant the first time using these strips. We were ready to try for our 2nd, but I havent charted my basal temperature and wanted something more visual (and faster) to work with. I read every single review to ensure I use these correctly, and not miss our window of opportunity. I am so thankful for all the reviewers’ tips and honest reviews. Here is a summary of what I did and what I took from all the reviews: - I pee into a cup, let it come to room temp (usually after 5 - 10 min) before dipping the strip in for ~5 sec, came back to read it after 5 min. - I saved all the strips and tracked my LH levels; it is much easier to see the difference in intensity when you are comparing side by side. If you think you are ovulating, dont be afraid to use more strips. On CD 14, I was testing every 3 hours in the afternoon. We DTD that night. - The intensity of these strips could be different for everyone. When I looked at other reviewers pics, some lines may never reach the same intensity as the control line but they did ovulate (and became pregnant). I was for sure I was at my peak at CD 14, only to find out on CD 15 my LH line was even darker than the test control line! So we DTD that night again. After eagerly waiting for over a week, I couldn’t help myself to start testing my hCG levels. My period ranges from 28 to 33 days; they never stabilized after my first baby. I tested on CD 28 – nothing. I did it again on CD 29, which I thought there is the faintest line (you can’t see in the pic). I thought it wasn’t real because shortly after I started spotting thinking I am getting my period. But, it never came, so I tested again two days later, and saw yet another faint line, but darker in intensity. Was I really pregnant? Did more testing in the following two mornings – Yes I think I am really pregnant. I told my husband, who didn’t believe me because it took us over 2+ years for our first baby. I got the Clearblue pregnancy test to confirm. The strip on CD 35 and the Clearblue is from the same morning pee. We couldn’t believe it! Our first prenatal appointment is next month; this is actually happening! A side note for those TTC about cervical fluid. I was also tracking my cervical fluid as well. We all have been told that we are most fertile when it’s a clear stretchy snot-like fluid. For my case, that was in fact not quite true. I ovulated on CD 15, which I remember my CM was more of a creamy white semi-stretchy fluid. I didn’t see the eggwhite CM until CD 16, which I know I have already ovulated. So may the CM stayed inside until a bit later? In summary, know your own body. Update on 8/10/16 ~ Unfortunately, our first prenatal appointment at 10 weeks was not what we expected... we miscarried shortly after. My midwife suggested taking a pregnancy test in a month to make sure I have no more hCG in my body before we should start trying again. I was thinking in my head that good thing I have enough of these to do that. Its funny how things work. I was hoping for a line two months ago; now I am hoping for no line.

> 3 dayI’ve been TTC for several years now and these have been my go-to tests due to never having indents and easy to use. This past box I received has been really disappointing. It takes so long for the test to develop and when it has finally dried, they all have indents. I take FRER to compare and those are stark white so I know the e@h are false positives. I recently noticed that even before they are used, they have shadows where the lines should be. I’ve never seen that before on these tests and when compared to the e@h ovulation strips, those don’t have shadows before testing! I contacted e@h about the issue and was told this is normal even though it isn’t! They sent me a replacement order but they still have the same problem with the shadows before and after dipping. Please fix the issue!

> 3 dayWell I am not exactly trying to get pregnant like most reviewers on these types of products. And I really have no idea what all those abbrevs are about that women use when they are on their journey to become pregnant. So my review is really for those who are not trying to get pregnant. Although I am extremely impressed by the other reviews on here where women posted pictures of their positive pregnancy tests getting darker every day. That is some incredible dedication to science. I, on the other hand, am not on a journey to pregnancy. My husband and I are pursuing other adventures while we are DINK (ha! Theres an abbrev for ya). And when I am on my way to 5 days of pure joy in Napa Valley, I want to know that I can trust a negative pregnancy test before I destroy my body with cabernet. But I also want to get my moneys worth. I am sorry but, $10 for two pregnancy tests is obscene to me. Especially considering how many days out of the week I spend consuming large amounts of alcohol. If I wanted to check a pregnancy test every Friday before I pickle my body over the weekend, I would be broke. But not anymore, because of Easy@Home pregnancy tests. Some people question the accuracy of these tests. I have been using them for a couple years and so far I have never had a positive test, they have all been negative, and I have never been pregnant. So as far as specificity goes, these are excellent tests. These tests detect HCG at 25 micrograms. That is the same level that our tests detect in the Emergency Department. But there are tests out there that can detect levels as low as 10, allegedly. So that is something to consider before you buy the cheaper tests. But you should know that we are obviously using the cheapest test possible in the ER.

> 3 dayWorks great and have been accurate for me thus far. I like how they are more affordable than buying a ton of the big brands from the store. Love using these with the Pre Mom App.

> 3 dayHalf the pack had line indents or gave faint false positives, some looked positive before I even dipped it in the urine. I dont love that it only accurate up to 1 day before youre missed period

> 3 dayI typically have low hormones and early result tests never seem to work for me. I bought these because I wanted a lot of tests since it seems to take a while before I finally get a positive result even though I have a ton of early pregnancy symptoms. This was a planned pregnancy so I was looking for these symptoms and was testing as soon as I could. I paid $13 for 3 first response tests that were supposed to work 6 days before my missed period but even 3 days before they didnt work. These gave me my first positive 3 days after my missed period. My only concern is that it says not to read the results after 5 minutes but before that its a little hard to read while the reddish ink is still fully saturated the stick, once the white background is more visible, after 5 minutes the results are more clear, if youre getting a faint reading. Ive tested a few times since and gotten a darker reading thats easier to read before the 5 minute window. Over al, if you are trying to conceive and plan on taking multiple tests, these are the way to go. You get 20 for like $11 and they seem to work just as well as any other name brand tests Ive used. This is my 3rd pregnancy and Ive tried many brands of tests. Ive used a solo cup for taking the tests but found I got the same results just urinating and putting in mid stream. (Sorry TMI..)
