Theyre cheap fast to install they do exactly what theyre supposed to do One of them was actually enough to hold the hood up but of course installed both as both struts on the vehicle were bad. One minor note these were reversed in a sense compared to the OEM ones on the car, And Im talking about the fat part of the cylinder versus the narrow part, pay attention to the ends One of them is angled match that to whichever side is angled on your vehicle, In my case on the 2012 Toyota Camry the angled one was connected to the hood itself, But if you were to base it solely on the fat and skinny parts of the strut they are reversed versue the OEM, Note this has no other effect on installation or use, So Im not taking any stars off.

As described. A little expensive but it should hold up until I salvage the car. The only con is when you want to close the hood which often requires more force than oem model.

They mounted upside down from the stock set I took off!!
