If you had the choice of taking 2 pills of kre-alkalyn or 6 pills of creatine... Yet along 6 pills of anything, my reflexes start to gag. I’m not taking 6 pills of any single supplement. I will take 2 pills of kre-alkalyn if I’m working out that day. I will take 1 pill of kre-alkalyn when I’m not working out one day. Because it is a reserve that is worth keeping topped off in case we fall and injure ourselves down some stairs. Kre-alkalyn every day for the rest of my life!

This is a great product. I got into casual weight lifting a few months ago, and wanted to maximize the gains for my efforts. As the manufacturer describes, it has never caused me any stomach pains or upset. It is a bit pricey compared to bulk Creatine, but the touted increased absorption, and the absence of any digestive complications or pain is worth it to me. I use it a little differently from the directions; taking one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast each day, and two 30-40 minutes both before and after lifting. It is best to take with a large glass of water, and continue hydrating for as long as the supplementation regime continues. I prefer receiving this on a regular subscription basis at a lower price than in health/vitamin stores. I have never had any quality issues, inconsistency in results, or been dissatisfied in the least.

I like the price for the quantity and easy to swallow. Modereate balance of creatine. About 3g of creatine a day from it. 2500mg a serving would be better. Minimum of creatine taken a day should be 5g. Other than that I like the product and recommend for those working out and looking for good muscle growth. This is a must buy

I love how amazon has the 400 count because I take 3 pills before and after lifting. Good investment especially since I go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week

let me start out by saying that I have tried every single creatine monohydrate on amazon and off of amazon, yet none of them has shown me the results like KRE-ALKALYN-EFX has. i have been off of this creatine for 1 month just trying Bulk supplements and I see that I look skinnier and lost weight and energy. I also gave Optimum nutrition creatine a go and I was disappointed. not to mention that while you need 7 pills off of other products, you need only 4-5 off of this so it makes swallowing those pills a lot easier
