El Salvador (Footprint Handbooks)

I bought the book because it was updated in 2015 (most recent update compared to hose from other publishers). However, there is one glaring error in the book in regards to the Cathedral in San Salvador. Quote----- It commands a striking presence, gleaming white and modern, its façade flanked by two giant murals vividly splashed with the colourful work of the country’s most famous artist, Fernando Llort . -----Unquote These murals were removed in 2011! This made me question the accuracy of the whole book.

Some good information but not well organized or laid out. Nice to have a book for just one country.
