Lets call it what it is - its a great little toy to hold your apple watch magnetic charger and to slip the watch into. It holds the screen just right to look like an old school macintosh. Loading my magnetic charger was easy, just slip the USB cable through it and insert into a cable harness to keep it in place. The watch just slips down from the top vertically, holding the back against the charger where its supposed to be and activating the apple watches nighttime mode. (as can be seen in the photo I uploaded) I dont keep my watch on the charger all night, its usually only charging for like an hour as Im watching tv or surfing the net. Its still a cute novelty when needed.

I bought one of these for my original Apple Watch and used it as my charging stand for that watch and a subsequent Series 2. Everything fit fine, and, if I had reviewed it, I would have given 5 stars. However, the 44mm Apple Watch face was large enough that the top of the battery charge indicator was invisible behind the top of the window frame. Unfortunately, you need to see the top of indicator to see if charging has been completed. The Amazon web page claimed that it was compatible with the Apple Watch 4, so I assumed that the window had been made slightly larger to accommodate the larger face on the 44mm Series 4. So I ordered a new stand for my new watch on 9/22. Unfortunately, as the supplier has confirmed on 9/24, there have been no changes. So I have now returned it. The Amazon should really have a note in the main listing about this problem. Edit (2018-10-12): The heading for the item now provides a caution for those with the larger watch by specifying Series 4 (40mm). However, the text does not clarify the problem why its not recommended for the larger watch. Also, some of the additional material does not qualify the Series 4 compatibility. So my rating is now 3.5 stars.

My daughter was convinced that her Apple Watch would not rotate its display to make this hunk of plastic work as intended. Surprise, it did and she texted me an excited photo of the event. This is a nice way to store your apple watch while its charging. You stick your existing charger inside of the thing, slide your Apple Watch into a slot on the top, and youve got a cute little Apple Clock while your Watch charges. $10 well spent.

This little gadget is very useful. Since I dont want to track my sleep, I take the watch off at bedtime. I keep this charger beside my bed and place my watch in it before I go to sleep. It looks like a mini old fashioned computer. I can check the time during the night just by moving my hand near it.

Bought this to help remind me not to lose my Apple watch and to put it on the charger. Still forget to charge it but looks cool

It’s just a simple little stand for holding an Apple Watch & it’s charger. But it’s cute and looks nice in my living room. I wanted an extra charging place out in the living room rather than forget the watch in my bedroom. I take my watch off to do dishes & other house work & either forget to charge it or forget it exists. Having an extra place helps. Unlike most stands/holders this one is aesthetically pleasing & not boring.

It’s such a silly little item, but I absolutely adore this charging stand for my Apple Watch. My existing charger fits right into the space provided and you then just put the watch in with the button facing up. That puts the watch in Nightstand Mode and it acts like a little bedside clock while it charges. Reminds me of my original Mac, back in the day, when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.

This is cute, and lets face it, the reason youre buying this is because youre a computer geek with a fondness for old gear. I have a new Watch 5, and it fits just fine. You need to make sure to route the power cable through the little slit on the bottom to get it to sit flat, no big deal. While the magnet doesnt thunk as solidly as if you were laying the watch on it flat, it does engage strong enough to charge, and thats the important part. One complaint. The front isnt perfectly flat, the irregularity is an artifact of the molding process. Im not going to return it as the shipping back and forth is kind of silly for an $11~ item, but it is kind of annoying. I dont know if this is a common occurrence, I wish theyd chosen their pour point elsewhere to reduce the chance of this irregularity appearing on the front. One thing that I absolutely love and did not expect: this thing has some heft to it. I expected it to be extremely light, and while it is light, its not a heavy wind will knock it down. It has some mass to it. I was going to knock the review down to three stars for the irregularity, but the density of the product brings it back to four. I havent travelled with it yet due to the current circumstances and honestly dont know that I will, but I expect it would travel well. All in all, a cute little thing.

My husband was always knocking his Apple watch of the nightstand. Saw this in a 20 Best FB post so thought Id try it. He loves it. Had to notch out the bracket to get the charger to fit correctly (its an older model) but now it works perfectly for him.
