I purchased this item for the Paramedic class Cardiology to help read ECGs. This is a great tool to map out the P-waves and R-waves for consistency to determine whether it is a regular/irregular wave pattern. Its also very useful to help determine the length of the p-wave and QRS complex for determining heart blocks and ventricular rhythms.

Still havent had them loosen up yet and I work in the Telmetry Room. Also accurate as they should.
