Elegance Carry On Suitcase, 20” Hardside Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels-Black, 20-Inch

Everything came! The packing cubes also came, I just had to open one of the pockets inside the suitcase and it was there! Suitcase came well protected in two sturdy boxes (Amazon box and brand box) as well as covered in a soft bag to help prevent scratches. It has instructions on how to reset the TSA lock. Perfect so far. I went online to see reviews abt this company and many say it’s pretty good. I will be taking it internationally so I’ll edit my review when I come back!

Survived its first 4 plane rides with minimal wear. Easy to pack. Easy to roll. Organization was great bonus. Zero complaints all around.

This arrived a few days ago broken. Please send me a new one.

ELEGANT , STURDY AND COMPACT

imagine having to use rope to close your suitcase... not fun

Handsome. Efficient. Two uninterrupted spacious halves covered and held my shoes and clothes. Into the smallest cloth box I placed fragile items for a vitrine. Between the two halves I placed a made to measure foam-core portfolio of art. Lufthansa lost this suitcase between JFK and DUSS. On day three it arrived in fine fiddle to my hotel.

Will recommend to anyone who needs sturdy and cute luggage.

Came damaged.

They advertise the product with organizers then they forget to include them. When reminded of that oversight they say that they sent them but they never arrive. I recommend using a trustworthy well known brand instead of these folks.

I really like the design of these cases from an aesthetic standpoint, and the wheels are super-smooth. But unfortunately my Level 8 suitcases keep getting destroyed by the airlines, to a degree far greater than normal in my experience. Zippers pull apart, the entire lock mechanism gets knocked off, the handle gets jammed, and as others have mentioned the cases get dented and scuffed very easily. I really would love to see 2.0 version built with much better quality materials.
