Had to repaint, paint was chipped off

Ive had these installed for about 6 months. The black coating on them comes off when I rub my finger on it or hand a towel on it. I have only used them twice, I do live where it is hot and these are outside, but they are unusable if the finish is going to be staining the towels. I am very disappointed. I was told my the shipper these were indoor use only. It wouldve been nice if they put that in the description! These are metal which is usually fine outside.

Easy to work with. The anchors that come with it are cheap. No grab. They will work but if you have others lying around I would use them. Still I nice product. Looks good. Feels good. Works good. A good buy.
