The plastic container the sticks are kept in was crushed, it was mailed in a bubble envelope. The sticks were inside the envelope and some were broken. The sticks themselves are tiny and pretty thin, thinner than I thought they would be not sturdy enough. Im not going to be able to use them for waxing removal and will not recommend or re-order.
