Ok, so first of all this floss is not EXACTLY like DMC. Firstly, its not cotton. Secondly its not EXACTLY the same colors. However, I bought the huge color collection that contains well over 400 colors all numbered like DMC. I compared the colors to the DMC floss I have. (And I have a lot!) The Athenas Elements floss color numbers do coincide with the DMC color numbers. However, none are exactly the same, but many are very, very close. I will use this to make cross stitch bookmarks and small projects. But I dont reccomend you use these as a substitute for a WIP that youve run out of a DMC color and want to continue with Athenas. It wont exactly match. But Im super happy with my purchase. Its perfect for what I need it for!

I ordered this set of 100 Embroidery Thread Unicorn and Mermaid Color Palettes - Friendship Bracelet String for review, because my teenage daughter loves to make friendship bracelets. I was quite impressed with the variety of colors. This set has so many colors, she can make thousand of color combos. And this will keep her in thread for quite some time. For the price they are a steal!! The thread itself is soft and compares well to any craft store brands for a fraction of the price. If you have pre-tens or teens into rafting friendship bracelets this set would make them extremely happy and not cost you as much as purchasing them in a craft store. I will definitely be ordering more of the color sets for my daughter.

This is a really good set of embroidery thread, especially for friendship bracelets! The colors are so amazing (and cute). The quality is great. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to make bracelets in lots of colors!

I love this floss. The colors are vibrant and the floss is super soft and easy to work with, without breaking or popping.

Pricey compared to others but the colors were very bright. Nicely packaged.
