Sturdy product. I have not actually used in the setting of a large fire but I did try holding a small flame to it. Material is sturdy and, as described, was not ignited by the flame. I highly recommend this item; it is something that should be on hand. Especially if you have little kids.

Compact design, decent sized blanket. I was able to easily refold and put it back in the bag. The grommet hole on top is easy to hang it somewhere close.

I’ve ordered these just in case. I haven’t had a need for them so I can’t vouch for their effectiveness. I have two small children, so these are great to have. Also, I gifted one to my mom because she’s had a grease fire before I mistakenly put water on it so this one just extinguishers it immediately. These are great in case of emergency. highly recommend.

I cant comment right now on the actual functionality of this blanket as I thankfully have not had any fires I have had to put out, but from what I have read this is a pretty basic item that is good to keep around. It is compact (about 12 x 8 when folded), doesnt expire, easy to use (just put it over the fire to smother it out), and can be used on any small fire including grease. With these benefits and the fact that these are fairly inexpensive, I cant see why anybody would *not* get at least one of these.

I ordered these to have on hand in case of an emergency. I havent had to use these yet so I cant speak to how well they suppress fire but I think they are good to have in addition to a fire extinguisher. They feel pretty durable and are definitely worth having.

Great to have on hand, and you just hope you dont ever have to use it. Really not possible to test this out. I love the concept and feel good having these in the house just in case!

I hope I never need it. It seems well made, although its on the small side.

I really dont know about Fire Blankets, but I have to say these are really heavy. I think they would do great putting out fires. Since, thank God, we havent had a fire, I cant really say these are the best or worst of this kind of product. But, like I said, these are strong and sturdy. Review Done: 4/27/2023

I have put one under the kitchen sink, one in the garage, and one in the camping trailer. Hopefully I never need to use it- but this is a much lighter weight, and cleaner option for a small fire than using an extinguisher!
