Happy with the product and packaging. No jitters, dissolves well. The “red fish” flavor tastes nothing like what the name implies. It’s sweet and tart, but has no specific discernible flavor. You will definitely not think “Swedish fish” when you try this. I think they should rename it. It’s not objectionable at all just not what I expected.

I don’t usually add BCAAs to my routine because of its taste. I typically take preworkout and that’s it! But, I gave this BCAA a try based on a recommendation so why not. The flavor is so delicious and it’s not expensive either. For what I paid for, the quality is good and I was able to get a good workout at the gym without feeling dead. Definitely get yourself this BCAA!

I really like the flavor and combination in this particular it’s a great blend of caffeine, theobromine (which comes from cacao), and green tea extract really helps shuttle the aminos where they need to go!

It taste awesome!! I drink it halfway through my workout and it gave me an incredible boost.

I bought this because I was looking for something that would not only help with muscle recovery but could help keep energy levels up though out the day and during workouts! Some raspberry tea flavors can miss but this one was on point! It keeps my energy levels up with no crash and I feel less sore the day after a hard workout. Would definitely recommend this!

I love to drink caffeine in the mornings, but Im not a huge coffee person. Ive been trying to get off energy drinks and this is has been my best solution. I switched to drinking this in the mornings when I wake up and its been great for my energy levels, not to mention the EAAs to help with my recovery! The green apple candy tastes amazing and has been nothing but great for me to start my mornings with.

Tried this morning for energy during my swim workout. It works really well and the taste isnt over bearing. Great product.
