Liked this so much I bought 2! I reviewed the pale blue one on a more hardware/structural basis and it passed with flying colors. This is more of a creative what to do with this wonderful option of a bag. First of all, if you are an artist and have invested in a ton of pencils, it is a good pencil case. Otherwise, calling this a pencil case seems to minimize its potential. My entire 64 count box of crayons would leave available room in this stylish bag. It is sturdy, wipe-able, made of durable fabric and has great pockets. There are only 7 elastic pen/pencil/marker/Flair/crayon or writing utensil type holders on the one pocket side with a short open pocket below and a side mesh zip bag pocket to match. The other pocket is open to the inside with the liner as an unattached divider. Two small mesh open pockets flip out and would be great to hold small finds, items, receipts, memory cards, jump drives, gum, or other trinkets. This would be a great art bag, an on the go car kit for children of all ages, a first aid kit, a need to fix that bag with scissors/thread/glue/tape/tools type of items, a grooming kit, an emergency bride kit, a portable medicine bag to have for dr appointments, a photo ready bag, a journal to go kit, a pet info bag or even a pet treat bag, the list is endless when it arrives. My note pad, markers, pens, and washi tape are already in mine as I ready for the summer taxi service that drives folks from fun activity to the next. I hope to finish writing my next novel and this may just help me jot down the best lines of inspiration on the go.

My wife often needs to pack hand sewing tools to take with her to help someone with a sewing project. We ordered this large capacity pencil case because its size and assortment of pockets make it perfect for making a take along sewing kit. From our pictures you can see that it is long enough for a good pair of scissors, which is normally the largest item needed. You can also see that in addition to having a nice sized central area, both sides have pockets, some with zippers. It is well made which offers a good amount of protection to the contents. It is a good value, and is just the right size for our use. We are very pleased with it.

I ordered this pencil case for my daughter who is in middle school. This is indeed a bigger capacity pencil case. The main compartment of the pencil case has a zipper and when we open the zipper, it doesn’t collapse, it stays open because of the metal rim, which helps us see comfortably what’s in the bag. The main compartment holds a ton. There are two front zippers, one of which has slots for holding pens and the other has slots for holding chargers or post it notes, etc., The quality of the case feels nice too and it has a loop style strap to carry it with ease. Since the case is big enough it can also be used to carry makeup, toiletries, etc., Overall a good quality and versatile pencil case.

I really love this pouch for organizing pencils and what not - so many compartments! It really helps me to keep my writing and drawing and craft supplies together.

It is pretty looking and practical with a lot of pockets. The zippers are tough ones with great quality. It can hold at least 50 pencils and other staff. Great value!

I’ve been using this bag as a travel makeup bag and I’m very happy with it. It has a metal frame inside the top by either side of the zipper that helps it stay open when unzipped. It would also make a great bag for pencils and craft supplies. The outside zippers have places for pens and pencils as well as other quick access items like scissors. The top zipper is good quality and I really like the strap/handle on the end of the bag that makes it easy to grab and go.

Just send me bags, I love them! But, I am also an avid connoisseur of them and painfully honest. Phenomenal pencil bag, one I would have LOVED to have as a kid but we never had enough pencils or crayons to begin to fill this one. It is quite large to be labeled as a school based pencil bag. It is more the size of a small dopp kit. I do hope that I have impressed you with my vocabulary so far, but the terms are accurate. The bag is made outside of the USA unfortunately but that is the one downfall. The red badge is to imitate a quality Swiss backpack and it does well. The strong zipper stretches end to end and the bag folds out to a wide open rectangle with some type of frame wiring for additional support to hold it wide. I do not know if this will cause problems with use but initially it is a help that is appreciated. The side zippers are matching the center one, in this case they are dyed to match the pretty soft blue of the case. The one side unzips to showcase a flap with 7 nice elastic pen holders stitched in place and a mesh pocket beneath them to hold the ends tight or add other items. there is a matching mesh pocket that zips the length of the pocket and is backed up to the lining of the interior pocket. The other side pocket unzips the same but has two mesh open pockets facing up and no pen holders. The inside wall is the side lining for the inside but it is not attached at the top of the inside of this pocket and allows you to reach inside if necessary without completely opening the center zipper. Unique, quite large for a pencil case, and it feels sturdy, a canvas type cloth exterior looks and feels supportive and wiped clean. The main interior is a light gray cleanable material, one large open pocket on the pen holder side and just the wide divider panel on the more open side. It is just perfect for medication, travel, or makeup. There are so many uses but the utility purpose is high on my list. I can write positive of all things other than longevity. The fabrics used appear to be long wearing but time will tell. The center zipper is surrounded by a twill tape sewn around the mouth of the bag for added reinforcement. It does take on a different color than the bag but stays in the same color family, this is used as a decorative element on this pale color but on the other black one that I ordered you do not even see it as they are the same color. Extra support on a busy area is a good bag quality. This is a great gift and versatile, manageable, stylish, and easy to carry with the end of case banded handle.

This is the bag for organization. There is a zippered compartment on each side of the bag. When you open them, each compartment has two pockets. When you open up the main bag it also has an organizational pocket. Because of that, this is a pretty flexible bag. It is fairly large for a pencil bag. But, since it has cloth sides, if you dont fill it up it packs light. While it is my daily bag for pen and pencils. When I travel I use it to organize electronics. My girlfriend has already threatened to grab it to use as a make-up bag the next time she travels. So, I think that makes it clear just how flexible it is.

I actually dont need a pencil holder, but what I am using this for is my charging banks and cords. I use about 4 - 6 charging banks for my electronic stuff when I travel, and also each of them has a cord. I was sticking them all in a makeup bag but it didnt have enough shape to keep them in good order. This bag does have a shape to it, it has semi-hard sides and also there are open pockets inside, plus two outside zippered pockets that I am putting my cords in. Its organizing my charging equipment very nicely, so its not just for kids and artists! Sometimes you have to use what works no matter what they call it.
