Epsoak Epsom Salt 5 lbs. Magnesium Sulfate USP

I walk 10 miles a day for exercise and at the end my feet HURT. Never fear, this stuff will ease the pain and you can literally feel your stress immediately fall away. I use it every single day. 20-30min soak. In a foot tub with very warm water. This is pure magnesium sulfate which our bodies need to fight stress. I like the 19lb bag which at the time I checked was the cheapest per lb... make sure you read the bag for proper amount to use. ENJOY!

Epsom salt is epsom salt. I have no need for fragrance, so this USP fine salt is what I needed. The packaging could be a bit better if there were a pour spout with a cap you can screw on to close the bag, instead of the zip lock closure, which invites spills and opportunity to pour too much. You can work around that, but thats clunky. Otherwise, its what youd want to have.

This stuff works. I put 1-2 cups in a warm bath and sit in it for 20 minutes. It helps with random muscle aches and reduces my stress from being a new mama! Sometimes I have issues with the salt dissolving completely in the bath but you do need to swish the water around a bit before getting in.

I went 26 years not knowing how amazing an Epsom salt bath is, Im mad nobody has told me. First time using this in a bath last night, I almost fell asleep in the tub, had to find strangth within myself to climb out, then dry off and attempt to get dressed so I could go to bed....I barely made it. I havent slept that AMAZING since before I had children, even slept through my alarms...all 3 of them!!! This stuff is the bomb!! I paid for my product by the way, nothing free over here, just a real honest review.
