> 3 dayI was going to give them a 4 star rating because of the high unit price, but Im the one who made the choice to pay about twice the comparable product available at Walmart/can tire/home hardware. I gave them 5 stars because I cannot find a comparable product in the stores (all Glass). The five star is only good if the floodlights are true to the rated lifespan. I bought a couple of Philips Flood lights with the same power and colour rating (5000K). The Phillips are rated at half the Explux lifespan and have a plastic type front cover. But: the Philips are half the cost and have a brighter light. So I would buy the Eplux for locations that hard to replace and are more industrial/commercial. But for a homeowner I recommend the Philips Floodlights.

> 3 dayUsing these outside on a Centralite lighting control system. Phase control dimming system. These bulbs dim really nice with no flicker, and are a nice color right at 3000k. Cant tell difference feom a halogen. Except they are running significantly less wattage and temp. Really nicely made bulbs.

> 3 dayThese bulbs are very heavy weight and you can tell they are well made. I have these installed on motion detected floodlights outside and they have been working well for several weeks now. They are plenty bright and turn on instantly. There is no warming up period with these as other bulbs have which I wanted for my motion lights. I anticipate they will last me a long time. Very happy with this purchase and will buy more down the road when needed.

> 3 dayThese bulbs are pure junk. They are not waterproof. Within 3 years, 4 of the 10 bulbs I purchased had accumulated water inside the bulb and stopped working. One bulb had completely detached from its base and was hanging outside the fixture on its connecting wires. Do not purchase.

> 3 dayI spent forever looking for good LED spotlights to some broken ones at my moms. They seem well made and are bright as all get-out, and dim-able. They work fine in the motion sensor we have and work on all settings. Time will tell how long these last but so far Im happy.
