I installed this the malware feature show that I need update. Update fails every time. Re installed it inserted usb still get error. I have contacted product support numerous times. first response was to update my computer browser.......... nothing. no response after that. Useless to me.

Ive just scratched the surface so far, but Im really impressed with what this package offers.
