Item didn’t work when. Plugged in to pc or laptop

Ok, I had a PC that lost its boot parameters. Attempted to use the drive and frankly it didnt work. Contact with support was initial good but when that didnt work they sort of left me adrift. The instructions provided were at best detritus and the YouTube videos in the instructions were removed and unavailable. With all this said, perhaps my PC was too far gone?

Worked! Had to delete partitions and do a 2nd reset but after I did that, it was smooth sailing!

Instructions are not easy to understand. You must be computer savvy to use. If you are getting the BSOD or CRITICAL PROCESS DIED dont waste your time with this. How very disappointing!!!

Ive been working on 4 Compaq nx6110 laptops trying to get Win 10 installed. The download system to usb or dvd did not work. There was always something wrong with this or that. I tried all different ways to install. after 2 months of this I happened across this USB add. I purchased it, and after it was in the computer, it took about 15 min, maybe 20 min.and Win 10 was installed and working. Still have to hunt down some drivers foe the wifi, but Win 10 is working. Microsoft downloads would not work at all, This USB device did. BUY IT !!!!
