> 3 dayI love Donna Robertsons quilt books ever since I took a class using her book. The instructions are easy to follow which was great for me to get back into quilting. I’m in the process of collecting all her books/patterns.

Greater than one weekI love these patterns. They are quick and easy. I make a lot of “throw” size quilts for our quilt guild charity. The problem with these patterns is that they depend on 45” fabric…which is not what is usually available in shops. They rarely make 45” fabric anymore. I usually get 1-1/4 yards instead of the 1 yard called for.

Greater than one weekVery cute quilt patterns, but she only allows for single fold binding. If you want a double fold binding, you will need to purchase additional fabric. Also, her steps for making blocks are written using a paragraph rather than bulletpoint style. It would be much easier to follow if she had used bullet points. I ended up making a copy of the pattern, then highlighting each step in the paragraph as I finished it. But I do recommend the book.
