I buy both the chocolate and vanilla, my mom is 90 years old and has one vanilla or chocolate each day, she seems to be more active since she started drinking these. My mom’s doctor suggested she drink at least one protein shake a day because she has lost her appetite. One bottle a day gives my mom 60% of her daily protein and 60% of her daily calcium and other vitamins. I just ordered the Fairlife salted caramel I’m sure it will be good too.

These are my favorite protein shakes. They can be more expensive than other brands, but it’s worth it because they taste so much better in my opinion. These have been hard to find in my area so it’s nice to be able to order off Amazon.
