Packaging was nice. The project comes with a included carrying case to carry the projector and any additional cords/accessories. Projector is mainly made of plastic. I ended up buying a stand that had a universal mount, but it did not work with this projector. So I had to go with another shelf type stand. Setup was fairly straightforward. Navigating menus was a little laggy. The projector includes the ability to go MirrorCast (iOS) or MiraCast (Android). I for the life of me could not get the MiraCast to work. I ended up just plugging a Chromecast into the back. This worked great, as there are also two USB ports on the back of the projector to power the Chromecast. The Chromecast did give me a warning though that if I wanted to stream 4K content, that power method would not work and I would need to plug the Chromecast in with its power supply, oh well 1080p is just fine for this projector. The projector is nice and bright, even it a somewhat illuminated room you can still see the output on the wall. The projector really shines, no pun intended, when all the lights are off. Picture quality is good. Included speakers in the projector are meh. I opted to connect it via Bluetooth to my soundbar. The projector is also noticeably loud with the fans keeping it cool. While this project is nice for the price, it would have been nice to include some applications on it or have it run Android TV so you can natively cast to it. All in all, this project will get a lot of use on movie nights and I will be interested to see how it performs outside when the weather warms up.

This projector is really good for outdoors and wireless setup. It works well over a distance, and is actually not great for a short distance because you cant get it large enough if you only have 10ft or so to project on. Remote works well, and is intuitive. The carrying case/backpack is nice quality also. The speakers are fine, not amazing, but better indoors than outdoors.

This projector is a nice upgrade from its previous model which I reviewed a year ago. This one has native 1080P which can go to 4k, but lets just stick with 1080p. The brightness is decent but lacks clarity during dark scenes. Not uncommon for this class of projector, but gee, for once Id love to see a projector in this class give some depth to the dark scenes. The audio is okay, loud enough, but, again, like with this video, no depth. I dont expect home theater quality, but just a little more depth would be great. This projector is almost $300 at the time of this review and, as of today, has a $50 coupon. With my extensive experience reviewing almost 50 of these over the past year, I would say that, for what it offers, it is priced correctly so you should have no worries grabbing it. I used a Roku stick with mine and powered the stick with the USB. I didnt have any issues. I give bonus points because it does have a bluetooth remote. Of course, bluetooth remotes are almost standard at this price point now. But it is still nice to see it. Overall, a decent projector. Not the best out there in this category, but it is still a solid purchase. I hope this review was helpful!

This is a great projector for the price. Yes, other brand name projectors will have some extra features and add-ons, but youll pay a good bit more for them. This is for when you want the main video watching experience for the best price without paying for all the extras. The projector works well in low light conditions, and is perfect for use in the dark. You can stream/cast right from your smartphone and its so easy. Depending on what you are steaming, you wont be needing to connect via and cables at all. I screencast YouTube and it works perfectly. However if you are trying to play Netflix, Hulu, Disney and Amazon Prime from your device to the projector, there are licensing issues that may prevent this, so youd need to plug a device in directly into the projector. For this I use a Roku stick since it has all the streaming apps available on it. Im very happy with how this is working for us and thrilled with how easy it is to set up and use compared to the projectors of years past.

The projector is a mix of great and ok. The image quality is sharp, bright, and has deep color. It is good even with ambient lighting. In pitch dark, it can be projected much larger than recommended and still look good. The sound is where this projector falls apart. If you have a sound system and do not plan on using this unit at all for sound, then you will be very happy with the projector. I was not able to get my Fire Stick to work at all with the sound. I was able to plug my laptop in and use it fine. The sound is ok, not great, when it works.

This unit is very well made. It is easy to use and makes watching movies etc great. I recommend this.

This projector is very nice and comes with a beautiful bag for storage. Its very easy to set up. I tried to both cast from my phone and also used a fire stick. Picture looks great. Its not perfect but its on a screen and not my TV. We use this product outside on our back deck during warm weather. The sound is great for what it is. I believe you can add a sound bar if you need to but the sound works great for us. Im very happy with this projector and I look forward to using it many nights!

Easy to set up and operate. Video not bad at all.

We havent had a chance to actually use/set up this yet as were planning on having it as our poolside projector instead of carrying ours back and forth. That said it looks and feels great, comes with the perfect portable backpack and does turn on/work. Honestly it is really nice, probably nicer than our first couple throughout the years (weve use one instead of a TV in our house for about 15 years).
