One of the two charging ports did not work right out of the box, so I cant charge both batteries at the same time. Instead I have to switch them out.

They do not have the contacts for the Xbox Elite Series 1 controller so do not work. The product description is incorrect.

My Xbox remote literally stopped working after a week. I had attached these onto them I don’t blame the product since my controller was over 5 years old. so maybe it had just worn out or sum who knows but it worked I would be playing my favorite games and enjoyed every moment

Like the headline states, My charger died 3 months in and i cant contact the seller. Batteries work well but i cant recharge them anymore.

Great battery life thus far. Pretty heavy gamer 5 hours is a short day of gaming for me. On average i play 8 hours a day but upwards of 10 on my free days. With that being said on a 8 hour day recently since purchasing i noticed that i had not charged the battery since buying but it was still well over 2/3 charged, So i had since charged the second battery and swapped them out too begin my observations. The xbox itself has an inability too tell you the exact percentage of the controller to my knowledge, but connected too an iPhone via Bluetooth it will. After About 20 hours of use the battery is still at a whooping 72%! Thats over approximately 3 days of moderate use. Cant recall any of my other rechargeable batteries being that Hefty even in new prime condition. Impressed thus far will update in the near future.
