This is going to be my go to glue. You get quite a bit of glue for your money. It is strong, but if you goof and have to remove the screw you used it with, or whatever, Ive been able to do it. So, its strong enough to hold (probably permanently), yet if the need arises, and you have to uninstall the metal item that you used it on, you can, with hand tools and some effort, reverse the job. I also like the consistency of the gel. It tends to stay where you put it and not drip..not that it wont drip if you use way too much, but it hangs in there quite well. Ive used it to repair just about every plastic shelf in my refrigerator and have found that it not only produces a fine, strong repair but if you are careful not to apply excess glue, the repair is almost invisible. I have two cons that have nothing to do with the glue. As you can see on the product photos, the container is tall and thin. This makes it prone to be knocked over, especially since the spout works the first time you use it but is unduly difficult to clean out and use again. So, you unscrew the cap, usually requiring a pair of pliers, and access the glue with a cotton swab, or whatever will fit. At that point you face the decision of whether to apply the glue which is then hanging on the end of your swab, or somehow set it down and screw the cap back on the bottle, then apply your adhesive. Ive usually chosen the first option, which works great, except, careful as I am to put the bottle of glue out of the way, Ive spilled it. It took 30 minutes to (about 5 minutes, post-spill) use various household cleaners, scrapers, and steel wool to remove it from my hardwood floor. However, the clean-up worked. I wouldnt dream of using acetone on most spills. It would most likely do the job, but the risk of surface damage would be high. The second spill was purely due to my stupidity. I set the cap of the bottle right down on the hardwood floor but caught it quickly and in 5 minutes, the glue was gone and the floor was not damaged. Summary: Really great glue, obviously engineered to be strong, yet easy to use. Its 100 times better to work with than super glue (and I think as strong, or stronger). Con...the bottle is too easy to knock over. Whatever happened to the glue pots of yester-year? Finally, if you have a large bolt or some other heavy object that the glue bottle will just fit in, that will solve the spill problem, even a small wood clamp should sufficiently stabilize it.

Best glue for quick setting projects when coupled with accellerant spray.

    Greater than one week

Get a bottle of this and the curing agent in a spray can. This stuff cures in about 30 seconds by itself but with the spray can curing agent you can get it to cure in about 3-5 seconds. Use full for SO MANY projects over the past year. This is the third or fourth bottle I bought this year.

This is some of the best glue around!! Be careful with it as it bonds skin better than super glue but it works better than it too! Love the metal poker in the cap to help keep it unclogged. If left uncapped it will dry up and become sludgy. While I still keep super glue and gorilla glue around, this is my go to when I need a serious bond that will truly last!

There isn’t much it doesn’t work on. I use it mostly on Eva foam for cosplay

Best glue, make sure you buy the activator. It will stick immediately.

I was joining a jig made of ply and poplar, and had nothing but success with this. At one point I tried using just the Thick and not the gas to achieve a slow cure, but didnt really get it to do what I wanted. Even though these cyanoacrylate glues came from medical usage in surgery, it would be reasonable to take every precaution with 2p10. Never touch or breath! Work upwind! Goggles and gloves, outdoors, etc. It is one of the best at what it does, and one of the most dangerous of any item you will use in the shop.

Ive tried various superglue brands and I find for the money Fastcap is the best all around. They have different consistencies like thin, medium, thick and gel, and their activator spray is very good for quickly curing the glue. The bottle is easy to use, just poke a small hole in the top with a needle or pick.

i use it to bond pvc decking along with the 2P-10 Activator (spray) product. it really is amazing and allows me to create mitered cuts (without cutting all the way thru the decking) along with a heatgun to soften/bend decking then bond the edges with 2P-10
