I had developed a very significant pain along the bones running from the base of the baby finger up to my wrist. Nothing I did helped. I finally decided on a brace as I had used them before when I had carpal tunnel(which was operated on and solved). Ive been using this for 5 days now and the pain is almost gone. Very comfortable and the tightness is easily adjustable. Well made with a metal splint like the doctor prescribed ones. This saved me an expensive, time consuming visit to my doctor. The price is worth trying to see if it will help you with wrist/hand pain. Comfortable to wear to bed and use during the day.

A disabled relative broke her wrist and had to have surgery. The doctor told her to get a brace. Again, she is almost totally blind and deaf and doesn’t have resources. So, I ordered her this brace and she said it did the trick. So yes, the brace is definitely helping.

Just started PT this week. Went to my first session wearing the Featol Wrist Brace. Head PT complimented me on buying the best wrist brace available. I read the reviews and chose the Featol Brace based on those. Always good to have someone who knows what they are talking about tell you you made an excellent choice. Today I will finish replumbing my swimming pool. I couldnt have done it without this brace. It is comfortable enough that I sleep with it on. So far I havent had to wash it, but it is getting into the 90s so I will wash it this weekend.

The most comfortable wrist guards I’ve ever tried. The best part is they don’t snag my clothes.

While pregnant I have bad carpel tunnel syndrome and wear this at night. It helps tremendously. I can even switch hands if I need to and just keep my thumb inside. Good quality, sturdy.

My first wrist brace purchased elsewhere was so scratchy and uncomfortable. This one is far better. It is soft and slightly cushioned inside. It has the gel pack to use if needed. I highly recommend this brace.

DISCLAIMER: Any suggestions or statements are from my own personal experience, or my memory of what my doctor has said. Do not use it to make medical decisions without agreement by your own physician. I assume no responsibility for your use of this device or any part of my experience with or without approval of your own physician. After I was able to fasten the sleeve in a way that worked for me, it has become tremendously helpful. I have been going through a phase I guess where I must be gripping my fist at night, with the result in the morning, my fingers or even arm may tingle sharply when I stretch it out. The tingling or discomfort is partially like a carpel-tunnel effect. My physician believed I was also suffering from a pinched nerve in my the back of my neck. Gradually the problems have been going away, and as I write this review today, I have none of it. Notes about the product packaging: directions are scant, and tiny. Four small pictures illustrate the recommended sequence for fastening the three straps. A little larger on the box, but not necessarily obvious. I read the box as illustrating, where if numbered 1-2-3 (from top to bottom with my arm towards the ceiling), a sequence of 2-3-1. Personally, the best sequence I found over time was to fasten them in a 3-2-1 sequence. Note the first of 4 pictures illustrates inserting a heat-or-cool pack (included). I havent used one, but I noted that the printed directions warned against using the heat or cold for any extended period of time. For me, it has worked best to fasten the sleeve just before going to bed, on in the middle of the night if I wake up with that unwanted tingling. Personal discovery: The best fastening for me has been to avoid a tight-snug fastening - that restricts the spread of my fingers. I want the device snug around my arm (without restricting blood flow), but not to trap my fingers on the sides. My doctor said for carpel tunnel (see Disclaimer!) the important thing is to keep the fingers from curling - the ridge of the device will help with that. Its taken some experimentation to get it right -- too far up is as unhelpful as too low. (A) The device comes in several sizes - get the measurements and sizing matched for you. (B) The best position for me has my thumb not restricted by any edge of the thumbhole. Personal caveats: I made other changes to my environment, of which I believe this sleeve played an important role. But to be fair I should say I replaced the 4foundation and frame with 4 legs that came box-spring that came with my mattress of long ago for a new spring-like-foundation with its own legs raised about a foot from the floor. That replacement has been instrumental to improving my overall-body-support at night. Old as it is, surprised as I am, I plan to keep the mattress (now in its 13th year) because I am sleeping well for the first time since we got the bed (after having tried, earlier, two other mattresses). In an earlier model of this sleeve, I noticed some reviews complaining about the Velcro fasteners over time losing their adhesion. Ive had this 2-3 months, and notice a lesser instant-glue effect, but have had no trouble getting a secure fastening. After removal, I try to loosely rewrap each strap so that none tangle with each other or something nearby. Any decisions you make from this review: See Disclaimer, i.e., YMMV. :)

Banged my forearm, it ached but wasn’t a concern. Couple weeks later my forearm would become swollen over the work day and painful when lifting anything or exerting my wrist, but then feel fine again in the mornings after a night’s rest. Basically I couldn’t give my wrist/arm a break while performing normal duties and yardwork. So I bought this brace to wear during work and activities and within a couple days the healing was significant. It’s been almost a week, I still wear it occasionally to be safe but am already decreasing my use of it. This is exactly what I needed to support my wrist and forearm to allow them a chance to heal from what was not yet a significant injury/issue. *NOTE: this is not an endorsement to not see a healthcare professional if you have an injury
