These are super bright but bigger than a normal light bulb so I couldn’t get the lamp shade on

We live in the middle of a row of Townhomes. We do not get a lot of sunlight oh, so these light bulbs have really helped brighten the house.

These bulbs seem to be very good quality. They are heavy and built well. A big plus is they are super bright and daylight balanced. All good! The only downside is they are bigger than the “standard “ bulb as you can see in the photo included. I bought them for a dinning room table hanging lamp because they were dimmable. However thy hang down passed the metal shade which blinds anyone in the room. They are so bright I put them in my garage door opener instead and now when I open the garage door it’s like god has spoken.

So far so good-I have to admit I am weary to say these are great, bought another brand of 100w daylight bulbs on Amazon before and it bit me in the behind! That company is GONE! So now this company. I have waited a couple months and so far they are great. So 5 stars for now-if it changes, I will come back and change-love the true daylight, no flickering and definitely bright! But that’s what I want. As a designer/architect, there’s nothing worse for your eyes or home presentation than a dark home-so I totally advise to get bright bulbs such as these

stable glow. no flicker like in the GE bulbs.

Light quality is very good

I bought, and like, these because they are dimmable. However be sure that you do NOT under-dim them to the point that they sputter or one or two go out completely. I used an adjustable dimmer that allows you to set the minimum dimness safely after my original cheapo dimmer killed two of them. If you set the dimmer up properly, they will last just fine.

Feit Dimmable LED 5000K Daylight 4-Pack (100W Replacement) 17.5W: Bought 2-1/2 years ago to replace all the curly CFC lights in my house. So far, so good. All were fine out of the box and none has given me any problems or died. I REALLY like bright rooms so Ive put either a Y or 4-bulb adapter on my lamps and fixtures. I also dislike unnatural white light for the home environment. So 5000K is perfect. Im also a ham radio operator with a lot of sensitive receivers. These bulbs produce no noticeable interfering noises - which is often the case with cheap, poorly designed LED bulbs.

Works in dimmable fixtures. Extremely bright outside.
