This bag is perfect for 2 kids! I have a newborn and a 1.5 year old. It fits everything they need with room to spare. I love the anti theft pocket for my phone and wallet. The back zipper option is wonderful. I put their diapers in the bottom of the bag and just use the back flap to pull out what I need as I need it. No more digging through everything for diapers.

I’m still waiting to use it everyday as my baby hasn’t arrived yet. That being said it’s packed for the hospital and it fits so much in it and it’s survived my 1 & 4 year old tossing it around. So far so good :)
