Went on vacation and loved it. Very easy to pull around. Plenty of space.

Great quality for the price ! We had it for about 2 months now and only traveled once but it was beyond our expectations. Zippers and everything worked great !

My son is an overseas student. He lives out of his suitcase and is frequently flying. We bought this set knowing it will get a lot of travel time over the next 2 years. He reports that its not surviving.

These cases arent durable, Ive bought them twice, trying to give them a shot due to other positive ratings but they are crap. First set came in shoddy condition, it had poor stitching and the seams were coming apart on the case. The second set looked good and I was hopeful, till the top handle ripped on the 25 case with only 30lbs in it. First time I ever used it, loaded it into the trunk and the hand just comes loose. The metal snaps had just popped through the frame. I noticed after my flight that the mesh netting on the lid/top was frayed/pulled away at the seem. I didnt use it so I didnt notice when packing. As for the carry on, handle decided to give when I pulled it from overhead, it weighed 13lbs and was under packed. I didnt yank it, or swing it around, it just decided to give up on existing midway through my travels. Not the end of the world but I wasnt happy. When it comes to the duffle bag, it doesnt have a telescoping arm but I didnt have a problem with it. I also didnt have an issue with the personal bag but I dont think I will ever use it again. The quality is just bad and its not worth the price.

I arrived back from my trip 1 day after the return date, so I contacted American Tourister directly. The 21 suitcase has a zipper that jams every time! NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT. Typical for an Amazon vendor.

I do not like that the duffel bag looking one has wheels on the bottom but not an adjusting handle. If you’re tall you must lean over to pull it. The rest are all great. Nice color nice size.

Large luggage bag dirty on inside. Appears that mouse poo was inside bag. Other bags in collection were okay.
