I ended up with two of these devices due to some crazy Amazon delivery mix-up, so Im able to compare them to each other and to a wrist BP/pulse cuff that I use. All three record consistent pulse readings and the two oximeters record the same oxygen saturation levels. So either they are all accurate or they are all inaccurate. Ill vote for them all being accurate.

Update: The company reached out on their own to offer a refund and I thought that was really nice. Most places are on out to collect and not to actually provide what they sold. So its still worth giving a try and maybe it works out for you. I update one star because I thought the customer service was good. Theres never been an issue when using one of these in a Drs office, but this one seems to have quite a few issues on my finger. I have to rearrange it a few times as if it cant read my finger at a certain point. I dont know why that happens, but its important I record spikes in my heart rate and its frustrating that it can take so much effort for this to accurately produce a number for me. Its simple, open it and slide it on your finger, right? So why is it giving me such a hard time? Im not sure yet if Ill keep it. Seems many are happy with it, maybe Im a ghost...

This is a very nice little pulse ox for your finger. Has digital bright readings on it and is comfortable for your finger

The numbers are bright and easy to read. We need it to monitor our oxygen levels

The oximeter is handy and compact. Read-out is easy to see and processes quickly. One issue occurred with trying to activate the meter which is on a right finger and pushing the start button with a gloved finger on my left hand. I had to remove the golf glove to make it work.
