Just what I was looking for.

I have RA and have moments of weakness that make all sorts of normal daily activity difficult. First, it is an easy squeeze so I can use it when I have weak hands. It is light weight enough to lift to open curtains for example. It has nice rubber grabbers that hold stuff firm until I set it down. I would buy it again.

I have POTS and this helps so much with my heart. I would not recommend this for picking up heavy things because the stick does bend. It can grab super tiny things, like pieces of paper, fur, trash etc., off the floor. Ive even used it to pick up branches, weeds, and rose bush trimmings. I even throw my dogs ball with it, and can play with him for much much longer. It has really helped me conserve so much energy!

In my opinion, it was kind of difficult to use. Great for picking up papers and very tiny items, but with heavier items, it became more difficult. For one thing, I wish there was a locking mechanism. You know when you grab a can of soup for example, you can lock the claws so that it cannot slip out. Sadly it does not have that capability. Maybe someone will work on doing that. There is no suction, only rubber pads to aid in gripping items. I think that this item would be difficult for some seniors (like myself) to use. In spite of the minor flaws, it is a handy item.

And dont even get me started on its gripper strength. This thing can pick up anything from a toothpick to a bowling ball, ok maybe not a bowling ball but still. Its like having a tiny robot arm at my disposal, ready to do my bidding. In short, the 32 inch gripper tool is a lifesaver for anyone who values their back or knee health and overall laziness. Trust me, once you try it, youll wonder how you ever lived without it

I have trouble getting to the bottom of the washing machine drum to transfer clothes to the dryer. This works well but could use more gripping power. This item at least makes it feasible.
