Im for anything that can help keep my car clean. This will keep dog hair and other stuff from sticking to the velcro. You do need to move the front seats back to install there. Watching the video is helpful for installing correctly. I think they are overpriced for 7 pieces of plastic but hey, its for a Tesla right?

The directions with the product doesnt mention it, but you need to raise the front seats to install the outside protectors. Wont fit unless you do. Once you do that, the install is pretty easy and straightforward. Do your Tesla a favor and install these. The photo shows why you have to raise the front seats. Manufacturer: please update your install instructions to let people know to raise the seats first.

This plastic bumper set fit my 2021 Model Y with a 99% fit! There are velcro connection parts and putting in the bumpers were a bit difficult. As you would insert the plastic, the velcro would get caught and not line up flush. After a few tries and some sweat, I was able to achieve a 99% fit! The rear bumpers line up ON TOP of the front, giving the look a true seamless fit and feel. It was difficult getting these on with waterproof mats - I highly recommend taking them OUT before installation. Looking for a way to upgrade your Y? These protector rails are great! The install was easy and they are made from great quality plastic. My kids smudged one with their shoe and I was able to wipe it right off. They look amazing!! Would purchase these again!

We got this item to protect our new Tesla 2023 Model Y, and we have not been disappointed with them so far! These were a breeze to install; each of the 7 parts were numbered well, and the diagram in the instructions showed exactly where to install each of them. The most difficult thing was probably getting the covers through because of the velcro, but it also means that the velcro is probably plenty strong enough after installation, so we werent unhappy about that. The fits were all pretty much perfect, and we are very happy with the extra protection that these will afford. Highly recommended as an upgrade for your Tesla!

Had to do some work to get all the pieces installed, but once I was done the look good and will dress up the seat rails.

Always looking for ways to upgrade my MY and this accessory did not disappoint. It helps with preventing dust from being collected under the seats and also smudges from kids’ shoes are easily wiped off.
