I wanted to make slotted holes in oak. These pieces were an inch thick and for holding a table top on. The bit cut clean, fast and held up for multiple holes. Ill be buying more from this company.

Downcut bit broke within the first 5 seconds of use. Up cut bit has faired a little bit better

Ordered three bits and had them delivered today. The solo compression arrived flawless. The two pack of 1/16th bits came with one bit having the top busted off. Not sure how to contact the seller, but if I can get resolution I will update this review

This is well made, every bit as good as the more expensive Freud and Rockler bits I own. It comes in its own plastic case that closely matches the size of the bit for easy storage. It may seem trivial, but I store my bits in their original packaging, and the cases on Freud bits huge, so much bigger than the bit they hold, this case is perfect for how I like to store my bits. I haven’t used it enough to speak on its long term durability yet, but there are no red flags yet as far as the cut quality or craftsmanship is concerned. Recommended.

I got the 1/16 bits to try routing some freehand designs (no CNC) and they have worked beyond my expectations. Given the small bit size, I anticipated that they would have a relatively short working life. Ive used these bits on around 15 (each) projects for designs ranging from a few inches to a couple feet on a variety of materials (mostly red oak) and they still cut just as well as they did on day one with very little maintenance. I clean the bits after each use but they have needed no sharpening. I can only imagine how much better they would be in a CNC. Highly recommended.

Previously was unable to carve deper than .125 with my 1/16 bit. This one allowed me to carve my sign on my CNC router with a depth of .200 and worked flawlessly.
