Absolute trash. Screen started having issues from the beginning. Thought maybe it was me during installation. Watched video online for proper replacement. Stepped away from it and tried again but still had issues. Screen arbitrarily activates anywhere, simulating a screen tap. Sometimes the only way to stop it is to turn off screen. Other times sensed press on screen does not match actual touched location. Waste of $20. Should have known issue would occur when screen was plastic.

No instructions, but YouTube videos sufficed. The tools were great, and I’d like to keep them, but neither the touch screen nor the home button functioned after installation. The original cracked screen worked, so I had to put it back in. I’m pretty sure the replacement was defective.

Really great product at a fantastic price with all of the tools needed to replace the glass. Product works great with no dead spots and finger tracking as from Apple. Will definitely buy again if the need arises

I attempted to fix an ipad 4 and followed instructions and a video... touchscreen seemed to work fine prior to applying the adhesion strip - the final step. But once I placed the screen on, then the touchscreen only worked in one quadrant and even then it was hit or miss. The previous screen was cracked but worked fine other than the cracked area. This one seems to lose functionality after final install.... but, as I say in the title, perhaps I did it wrong.

This was a great buy very easy to install took maybe 30 minutes to complete would recemend
