Fixcracked Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly for Ipad air 1st and WIFI Antenna Cable and Professional Tool Kit (black)

My screen cracked on my Ipad Air which created dead spots and the Ipad would self click the top corner all the time. I replaced the screen with the instruction provided and two youtube videos. The replacement is easy, it just requires some patients and fine motor skills.

Junk. Worked a few times and home button failed

Product is defective, the entire left side of screen cannot be used

A hair dryer does not do good enough of a job to remove the old screen so make sure you use a heat gun. It is a fairly easy installation once you get the old screen out. The reason for the 1-star review is that the home button on the replacement separated from the screen after only one month of normal use by an adult (no kids mashing the button real hard or being abusive). Now I am looking for another brand of replacement.

This product is incredibly good for a incredible price! The instruction is not very good, so please find some video instructions on YouTube to better illustration. Other than that, I really love this screen!

After 1month home button doesnt work...

WOW! This actually worked. I really doubted my ability to put this on and honestly didn’t think it would work but WOW! I did it. It took two hours and I had to watch multiple YouTube videos.

Perfect fit, responsive, comes with the home button and adhesive, a spare WiFi antenna and a solid tool kit for getting the job done at a great price. My iPad is back in business. (Nicked the digitizer cable installing a new battery so happy it wasn’t a costly error, beware the YouTube vids, watched three and not one mentioned the cables location or advised extra caution in that area of the screen)

Worked great for replacing the broken screen, however within a week the home button started getting sick and now barely works

I wish I never used this product. I had a cracked screen and now I have a iPad that doesn’t work at all. Nothing will turn on at all and I followed every step. Instructions are tiny with tiny pictures and missing words.
