It is not strong enough not long lasting for holding denture

Hi im a new denture wearer . I have tried several different brands of adhesives. They dont last on the bottom dentures more than 1 or 2 meals. This adhesive here is AWESOME. I can eat my 3 meals and a snack with no loose dentures. However after about 12 hours ( I work 16 hour shifts) I do have to add more adhesive to the bottom denture. I recommend this product. I have also stocked up on this adhesive so that I dont run out.

Literally now I know why they say fixodent and forget it because the stuff works. There is a lot of generic stuff out there that works good and its just as good as the name brand but when it comes to denture adhesive that is so far from the truth the name brand stuff is all that works good for me and well worth the few cents extra cost.

Are you ready for this? Ive used Fixodent for 50 years! Since the age of 24 when I had a full set of upper and lower dentures replacing the teeth extracted, due to soft teeth. I chose Fixodent back then because it really worked and held the dentures secure. In those 50 years, I have tried so many others thinking perhaps something was even better. Well, that never happened. There were all kinds of claims and promises and none worked better than Fixodent. Whenever a friend would get dentures, I would recommend Fixodent and they were always happy with it and stayed with Fixodent. Is it for everyone? Everyones dentures and fit are different. But for myself, this is the best that I have found in over a half a century, lol! Wow! That makes me old.

Its still the preferred one to use. Its just that for the price, I used to get a month out of a tube and now its only 2 weeks soooo, they rip you off but then what can you do. Fixodent is still the least expensive out there for a product that works well

Im new to dentures, so this was the first adhesive I ordered. Then I ordered and bought at least 4 of the newest adhesives,and trued them all but I kept going back to this .For me its held the best just the old original.

this stiff works better than others I have used. Darn good buy too, will continue to buy on here.

Better taste & texture than Polygrip, but lacks the superior all-day adhesion, thus defeating its very purpose.
