Received what I expected

Its very cheap and seems functional, so if you dont care if it looks natural Id say go for it. I do care, though, and the underlying material is a bright unnatural yellow and the outside of the vine I was sent has a number of cracks and bends in it that reveal bits of that yellow throughout. I bought a different brand of vine in a larger size that I was planning on combining with this one, and Im just going to use that one solo instead.

Like the natural look, but breaks a lot easier than the competing brand when bending.

This vine was purchased for two of my snakes. Both of them are arboreal so they live off the ground in trees. These vines have a great natural look and feel to them. It was a single six foot strand of vine that was coiled up in the package. It is harder foam like material with a metal rod like a hanger through it. I was able to use some heavy duty scissors to cut the vine into the desired sizes I wanted to put them into my tanks. The metal piece in the middle makes it moldable and hold its shape very well. I was able to curve the ends of the vines around the logs I have in the tanks to give them a natural look and they can move across the vines or lay on them. This was a great price for a six foot piece of vine and I would really recommend it to those of you that are wanting that natural look. I use live plants in all of my tanks and these look like they belong in there with the plants. Great product.

These are great for my Panther chameleon. He loves wandering around the vines in his enclosure. The small ones are mostly used to create a structure out of the larger, thicker vines.

Its probably great for lizards, but too flimsy for snakes

Literally I didn’t see the purpose of this. Maybe if you have a big terrarium it might be useful. I tried to cut it to fit pieces into my medium terrarium for my crested eyelash gecko but there’s wire in the middle. I obviously chose the wrong thing but could work for others.

Really upset I didnt use until now! I had a surgery that made adding this to my terrarium late therefore no return for me! It does not bend even slightly without cracking & breaking! Now Im not sure if the insides are toxic to my baby snake. I realzed it was cracked in the packaging where it had been rounded
