> 3 dayI needed to add some cushion to the leg brace I have wear due to a quad tendon rupture. I did not have to take the adhesive covering off. Just place over the pad on the brace and clamped it down. Has not moved. And so much more comfy

> 3 dayRubber is super soft, erodes quickly. May be a good insulator but doesn’t stand lateral friction

Greater than one weekThe size of the foam sheets I received were approximately 3 7/8 by 3 7/8 by 5/16 so they were not suitable for the project I had in mind which required 1/2 thickness as advertised. That being said, the foam seemed of good quality for those for whom those dimensions will suffice

> 3 dayWas very disappointed in this product. Its described as industrial quality and strength. That it is tear resistant. In truth, I can easily deform and tear the surface with little more than rubbing my thumb or finger across it. I was trying to use this a padding on a rifle cheek raiser, which should work, per the descriptions they give for the product. But the simple act of smoothing it out to adhere it to the underlying surface, tore the padding. I cut a second piece and repeated, but still tore it. No need to waste time with this product.
