It’s definitely large capacity, so it’s a little bigger than I thought, but the material is so durable I can just stuff it in my bag. The inside organizer is perfect for the colored pens I only need every other day. The rectangular shape makes it perfect for setting on the desk and none of my stuff spilling out. There’s even an outside pocket I don’t use. So glad I waited and didn’t buy anything else.

I love that this has great capacity to carry lots of pens, rulers, the supplies you need to create on the road. The mesh zipper section securely holds my beloved travel watercolor brushes. .l I wish the dedicated pen holder section had more capacity. It only holds 4 or 5 pens so you end up stashing most of your pens on the large compartment. All in all, this is a well designed tool.

I love to draw and when I stop for coffee or at a park I like to take out my sketchbook. So I try to keep an eye out for good pencil cases. This is the best one I have found! It has internal pockets that keep the pencils in place. This is important to me because I use solid graphite pencils that can easily break, so they need to be safely held in place. The pencils can go in their little spot, and then underneath is the perfect place for a large gum eraser, a sharpener, and even pastels. The canvas bag is soft so there is no rattling sound from inside but the stiff fabric lets me stuff it in my bag without scratching anything. I also love the colors. The brown one is like teddy bear colors. I got this bag for my friend for Christmas but I just had to get one for me too.
